4. Do I need to be a computer expert?
Absolutely not. Abunza has done 95% of the work so that you don't have to. You get set up for you automatically the complete Abunza marketing website including the shopping cart software. Additionally, there are video tutorials that walk you step by step how to market your Abunza website on the internet for free, or through a variety of other advertising methods, including advertising co-ops. Because you also get the Spanish version of Abunza, you can participate in advertising co-ops targeting Spanish radio, Spanish TV and other advertising media.
In other words, all you do is advertise and the system takes care of the rest.
5. What kind of support do I get?
The founders of Abunza have built a reputation on the quality of support they bring to members of their team. Two training conference calls are provided each week, including extensive video tutorials that walk you through step by step how to be successful with your Abunza website. Additionally, there is a highly responsive trouble ticket system in your back office whereby your questions are answered in a prompt and friendly manner.
6. Is there a guarantee I will make money?
Do to the nature of all business opportunities, by law it is not possible to offer a guarantee that you will be successful. Your success in Abunza, as in any business, is determined by your own personal effort. U.S. federal regulations regard it as a red flag whenever the word 'guarantee' is mentioned in a business opportunity context. 7. Do I need to talk with people on the phone?

This means that regardless of your prospects speaking a word of English, the orders will be facilitated for you and you are only contacted to notify you when money is being sent to your account.
This also means, that even if you don't speak a word of English, or speak with a heavy accent, you don't have to worry as your prospects are being handled for you.
Additionally, in your back office, you can check the status of your prospects and read notes left by the Dream Team member to determine the status of your prospects. If you don't feel that your prospect is being handled correctly, the phone number of the Dream Team rep is provided, so that you can contact your rep directly.
8. Is this some sort of job offer?
Abunza is not a job, but a business opportunity, whereby you become a business owner and entrepreneur.

9. Will I need to pay more once I get involved?
Besides the initial investment of $1197 and the monthly fee of $54.00, there are no additional fees required to maintain your Abunza business. The only recommended optional expenditure is in the form of advertising. This can be done via the official Abunza advertising co-ops, online advertising, print advertising, and more. Advertising costs can be adjusted to your budget from free advertising to buying advertising co-op shares in increments of $100. As your business grows, it is recommended that you re-invest a percentage of your income into advertising, so that your monthly income has the opportunity to sky rocket as time goes on.
10. Can I do this if I am visiting or living outside the U.S.?
Abunza prides itself on being a true international and bi-lingual opportunity. Because the opportunity is internet-based, and the fact that you are paid directly by those you sponsor, you can operate and earn income from this business anywhere in the world.
11. Is this opportunity some kind of pyramid scheme?

12. Do I need to learn Spanish?
The members of the Spanish Abunza Dream Team are native speakers so that you don't have to be. When a Spanish speaking prospect requests a call back from your Abunza web site, a native Spanish-speaking Dream Team member will call back your prospect, facilitate the order, and notify you, in English, of your sale.
13. What features are there in the back office?
Your Abunza back office includes, the two digital libraries (Spanish and English), full genealogy of members that you sponsored, plus detailed listing of all of your call back requests. What this means is that you can click on a prospect who requested a call back request and see their full details including notes, times and dates of when an Abunza Dream Team member contacted that prospect and a summary of what happened on the call. Also included is the name of that Dream Team member handling the prospect and his/her phone number. Additionally, there is a marketing tutorials section that details step-by-step how to drive traffic to your Abunza web site. Also, there is an Abunza news section that will keep you up to date as to what new products are added and what is new and exciting in Abunza!
